About: This meditation is a teaching. I am teaching you how to mentally protect yourself from colds, the flu, viruses, monsters, the dark, bullies, etc. It is an exercise that both children and adults can do to help them to feel safe during these times of stress. Of course, we all still have to use our common sense and wash our hands, be as hygienic as possible and stay away from big crowds of people. We are still obligated to stay report a bully to a teacher or parent, this teaching is more to help you feel energetically safe from germs or kids being verbally mean with words, etc.
This meditation is to bring on a feeling of safety, which will, in turn, make us feel more peaceful and less panicked. We should all be doing this exercise daily!
